At the heart of Autism Minds School are Dr. Ojaswita Sharma and Vaibhav Sharma — a visionary duo combining clinical excellence and strategic innovation. Together, they lead the Ojaswita Life Care Foundation, working to expand access to inclusive education, therapies, and neurodevelopmental awareness. Their shared mission is to empower every child to discover their true potential.
Dr. Ojaswita Sharma (BOT, MOT)
Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Ojaswita Sharma is one of India’s leading occupational therapists, with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and international certifications in Sensory Integration Therapy from the University of Southern California and Oral Placement Therapy. Known for her clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion, she has helped thousands of children on the autism spectrum achieve independence, confidence, and communication skills. A pioneer in early intervention and neurodevelopmental education, she integrates research-based practices with family-centered care, redefining autism therapy in India.

Vaibhav Sharma
Co-Founder & Strategic Head
Vaibhav Sharma brings over a decade of leadership in SAP systems, digital transformation, and operational strategy, ensuring Autism Minds School runs with precision, scalability, and tech-enabled transparency. An alumnus in Hospitality Management and Business Administration, he’s passionate about democratizing access to world-class special education in India. Combining technology, empathy, and sustainable systems, Vaibhav is transforming how families experience inclusive education and therapy services in India.
